Our Quality Commitment
From diamond selection and matrix batching to hot-press sintering, welding and final inspection, every bit and segment carries a traceable process record. We believe consistent quality comes from consistent process, not from chance.

Diamond grit size, concentration and metal powder purity are verified per batch; non-conforming material is rejected outright.
The diamond formula is set per formation, with pilot batches and trial drilling validated before mass production.
Sintering temperature curves, matrix hardness and dimensional tolerance are sampled on line; production stops immediately on any deviation.
Appearance, weld strength, diamond exposure and critical dimensions are fully inspected, with a test record shipped alongside.
Wooden cases or custom packaging; FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW supported, with Guangzhou as the nearest port.
Selection advice, formula optimisation and troubleshooting, with an average response within 10 hours.

PDC and tricone drill bits are manufactured to API standard for oil, gas and mining projects.
Custom manufacturing from drawings or samples, private labelling and packaging design.
T/T, L/C, D/P D/A, Western Union, PayPal and credit card accepted; settlement in USD, EUR or HKD.
From formula design and sintering to final inspection — fully in-house.
Diamond concentration, grit size and matrix hardness are tuned per formation, balancing sharpness against tool life.
Powder mixing, hot-press sintering, laser welding and final inspection all happen in-house, keeping lead time and quality under control.
"Same quality, best price; same price, best quality" — the pricing principle we commit to.
Custom manufacturing from drawings or samples, private labelling and packaging design; our trade team works in English and Chinese.
Strict total quality control: diamond exposure, weld strength and dimensional tolerance are batch-tested before shipment.
Send us your formation data and rig model — our engineers will recommend the right specification and formula, usually within 10 hours.
The questions overseas buyers ask most — if your answer isn't here, just contact us.
We are the manufacturer, based in Hunan Province, China, making synthetic diamond drill bits and diamond segments since 2009. The factory covers about 20,000 m² with three production lines and an annual segment capacity of 5 million sets, and we export directly to overseas buyers.
Yes. We support OEM, ODM and buyer-label production: size, diamond formula, matrix hardness and packaging can all be customised from drawings or samples, with samples approved before mass production.
Our main lines are diamond geological core drill bits (electroplated, hot-pressed and impregnated), diamond segments, PDC bits and tricone bits. Common coring sizes cover AQ, BQ, NQ, HQ and PQ series, and other diameters can be made to order.
MOQ depends on the product line — typically from 10 sets for standard sizes and negotiable for custom items. Prices vary with size, diamond formula and quantity, so send the specification, quantity and destination through the inquiry form or e-mail and we will normally reply within 10 hours.
Standard orders ship in around 10 days, confirmed at order time. We support FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW terms; the usual port of loading is Guangzhou, and other arrangements can be made on request.
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P D/A, Western Union, PayPal and credit card. Products are sampled batch by batch with dimensional and visual inspection before shipment, and technical support is available; for any quality issue, send photos and batch details and we will follow up.
Tell us your bit diameter, rock hardness and working conditions — our engineers will recommend the optimal formula for you.
