Description from the Supplier
The following content is provided by the manufacturer, covering product features, factory advantages and how to work with us.
Product Description
Diamond Core Drill Bits · 152mm Thin Wall Diamond Core Drill Bit for Reinforced Concrete Cutting and Construction
Impregnated diamond core bits are made from very small, high-quality synthetic diamonds evenly mixed through a metal alloy matrix. The matrix wears at the same rate as the diamonds become dulled and rounded, so fresh sharp diamonds are constantly exposed to keep cutting the rock. In most geological formations impregnated bits are more economical than other types.
Standard gauges cover AQ/AWG, BQ/BWG, NQ/NWG, HQ/HWG, PQ and the T2/T6 series, with thin-wall electroplated and vacuum-brazed engineering types available on request. Wireline connections are standard; diameter, matrix hardness and diamond concentration can be tailored to your rig and formation.
Product Advantages
More than 20 years of professional experience in diamond tools; the factory has been producing synthetic diamond tools since 2009.
Factory-direct supply: we are the manufacturer, with no middleman — better prices at the same quality.
High-grade raw materials: imported cobalt and nickel powders and high-quality diamond single crystals, with a formula validated by testing.
Advanced processes and strict inspection: hot-press sintering, vacuum brazing and laser welding, with piece-by-piece inspection and sampling of hardness, density and bond strength.
Efficiency and life: PDC anchor bits last 10–30 times longer than tungsten-carbide bits and raise efficiency by about 60%; impregnated bits drill fast with a long service life.
Full range and customization: AQ–PQ and T2/T6 series, common sizes 24–600 mm; matrix hardness, diamond concentration, threads, packing and buyer labels can all be customized (OEM/ODM).
Fast response and reliable lead time: enquiries answered within 10 hours, about 7 days delivery when the mould is ready and about 12 days when a new mould is required.
Packing & Delivery
Standard packing is an inner box in a thick export carton; neutral packing or your own packing method is available on request. Port of shipment: Guangzhou / Shenzhen. Trade terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW. Payment: T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union and PayPal.
Quality & Service
We are the manufacturer: 100% original products, reasonable prices and attentive service. At the same quality our price is the best; at the same price our quality is the best. If any quality problem occurs, contact us and we will take responsibility for it.
Different markets require different quality and sizes; we can produce bits, segments and accessories in any size and quality to your requirement.
